Class Description    Adv/Beg Theatre Dance

Inspired by the styles of Michael Bennett, Bob Fosse, and Jerome Robbins, this class concentrates on the dancers ability to tell a story through dance.  Stephen’s choreography infuses classic jazz and ballet technique with his own rhythmic and dynamic style.  Dancers are challenged by a thorough warm-up, technique exercises and a musical theatre combination.

Broadway Bodies is a new high-impact, dance workout to your favorite show tunes. Incorporating basic and challenging dance movements with high impact aerobic techniques, Broadway Bodies is a fun and exciting cardio class that encourages you to sing a long while you sweat.
